My name is Dan and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). I specialize in working with youth, young adults, families and couples who may be experiencing issues such as depression, anxiety, grief/loss, substance misuse, technology misuse and family/relationship difficulties.
I work to establish trust and safety and facilitate a space in which clients feel comfortable exploring challenging areas of their lives at their own pace. I am a firm believer that each individual possesses unique strengths and resources that can be developed and applied to the effective management of their thoughts, emotions and behaviours. Rather than viewed as problematic, individuals’ presenting concerns are seen as expressions of important needs that are not being identified and/or fulfilled.
